WINE DESCRIPTION
François Mikulski Chardonnay Bourgogne is a barrel-aged, regional-level, dry white wine hailing from the Bourgogne appellation in France. The wine is produced exclusively from the non-aromatic Chardonnay variety from a small holding owned by the François Mikulski. The vines are cultivated using non-certified organic methods. Vinification takes place in inert vessel, before being matured for around 10 months in oak barrels. Finally, the wine is drawn off and put in tanks for 2 months before bottling, to allow the individual components to harmonise.

François Mikulski Chardonnay Bourgogne has a delightful pale straw appearance with delicate green reflections.On the nose, aromas of green apples, citrus fruits, and a freshly cut button mushroooms slowly reveal themselves. These aromas are complemented by subtle floral notes reminiscent of acacia, adding a touch of elegance to the wine. The palate is well-balanced, with a medium body and a refreshing acidity. The flavors of crisp apples and citrus fruits continue on the palate, accompanied by a creamy texture and a touch of minerality and struck match that carries on the finish.
