WINE DESCRIPTION
Francois Gay et Fils Chorey-les-Beaune is a delicate, perfumed red wine produced using the Pinot Noir variety. Francois Gay et Fils is a family-operated and owned estate located in Chorey-les-Beaune itself. They are focused on working in a sustainable fashion by reducing chemical inputs. The grapes are exclusively hand harvested, before they are crushed and vinified. Following on from the fermentation, the wines undergo process of maturation for around 18 months in French oak barrels prior to bottling.
