François Feuillet's Burgundian domain, managed by Trigano CEO François Feuillet, has evolved since its inception in 1991. Originally acquiring 15 Ouvrées in Nuits-Saint-Georges, he expanded by acquiring Domaine Truchot in 2006, including plots in Clos-de-la-Roche and Charmes-Chambertin. The estate, transitioning to organic practices, now spans 17 hectares, with five dedicated to Grand Cru and an equal amount to Premier Cru. Collaborating with winemaker David Duband, they form a Burgundian dream team. Duband's stylistic evolution, emphasizing finesse since 2008, is evident in precise, elegant cuvées. Notably, the Premier Cru Clos Sorbé offers a fascinating, aromatic journey, showcasing freshness, density, and exceptional drinkability.
