WINE DESCRIPTION
Feudi di San Gregorio Privilegio is produced using air dried Fiano grapes. After harvesting, the bunches are hung and air dried to concentrate the flavor, sugar and acidity in a ventilated room for around 8 weeks. The berries are pressed and the rich, concentrated juice is fermented and aged in barrels for around 6-8 months before being bottled where it spends around a year before being bottled ready for release.

Feudi di San Gregorio Privilegio offers a bouquet of decadent dried fruits, such as apricot and pineapple, accompanied by hints of spices and honeyed undertones.Upon tasting, this wine reveals a harmonious balance between its luscious sweetness and its well-integrated acidity. The palate is filled with opulent flavors of dried stone and tropical fruits complemented by a touch of vanilla and sweet spice. The wine is extremely long and well balanced, finishing with a burst of acidity and crystallised pineapple.
