The Ferrari Maximum Brut has a pale green-tinged color.The nose shows a moderate intensity of pear, white flowers, and almonds. The mousse is fine and creamy in texture. The palate is rounded and in balance with the vibrant acidity and the finish shows a subtle chalky complexity. It is a good example of a Blanc de Blancs with a linear acid-driven style and its price point is excellent value for the contents of the bottle.
