WINE DESCRIPTION
Farina Soave Classico is made predominantly from Garganega with a proportion of Trebbiano di Soave and Pinot Bianco. The grapes are grown at high elevation, on northeast and southeast facing hills located in the historical Classico area of Soave. Grapes are pressed and destemmed immediately after harvesting, before undergoing a temperature-controlled fermentation. Wines are matured for a period in stainless steel vats and bottle prior to release.

Farina Soave Classico has a delicate intensity and seems a little shy on the nose, gently revealing notes of citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit, along with hints of white flowers and a subtle mineral undertone.The wine light-bodied and taut, with a lively acidity that brings a refreshing zing to the wine. Flavors of ripe lemon, green apple and a touch of almond is present on the moderately long, refreshing finish.
