Famiglia Losi Il Brunone Chianti Classico hails from the original, historic area of Chianti in the region of Tuscany, Italy. The grapes undergo fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, carefully monitoring the extraction of colour, polyphenols, and tannins from the grape skins to decide the length of skin contact. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged for a minimum period of 24 months in a combination of oak barrels and bottle prior to release.
