WINE DESCRIPTION
Erste+Neue Prunar Weißburgunder is a delicate, non-aromatic white wine hailing from the region of Trentino-Alto Adige, located in northern Italy. This wine is made using the neutral Weißburgunder variety, known more commonly as Pinot Blanc, that tends to give light, citrusy wines with refreshing acidity. Erste+Neue harvest and press the grapes, before fermenting the wine in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The wine is matured for a short period in inert vessels prior to its release.
