Denus Zalu
Bordeaux blend with a dominant Cabernet Sauvignon presence, expertly even by the addition of Malbec, Carménère, and other complementary varieties. The wine's rich, full-bodied body is accompanied by a deep scent of dense fruits, spices, and gentle nuances. On the palate, a unified seamlessness of suggestions unfolds, with black cherry, ripe berry, and plum layers paired by a smooth, velvety structure and elegant tannins. The trail is long and satisfying, with a mild nuance of spice.
Ardel
Blind wine from @NicoleHoShing, with a prize for the closest guess (not the reviewer). A blend of CS/Malb/Carm/PV/CF 70/15/7/5/3% aged 22 mon in Fr oak (65% new). So...every grape except what I guessed (Syrah). A dark, black colour. The nose is shaped by by black fruit, oak, and meat. The dry, full body is graceful by subtle tanginess and tannins. The ending is satisfying, with a taste that ends on a high note. The reviewer gives it 4.4⭐️. It's got the composition to age well. 🏍😎.
Khatuna
Straightforward, uncomplicated wine with a clear focus on its primary characteristics. The addition of spice layers adds depth, but the heat on the flavor is a notable feature.
