The limestone peak above the vineyards, named after Saint Thieri Loup, adds a legendary touch. In 1992, the Ravaille brothers transformed traditional sheep farming and cheese production land into vineyards. With a thousand-year history in Languedoc, the brothers embarked on a noble quest, crafting wines that mirror the terroir's complexity. The emblem, featuring three fish, not only recalls Saint Loup's story but also symbolizes the fraternal collaboration shaping these distinguished wines.
