Enrico Serafino Alta Langa Oudeis Brut is a sophisticated sparkling wine from the esteemed Alta Langa DOCG, a region in Piedmont, Italy, renowned for its high-quality traditional method sparklers. The Oudeis Brut is made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, carefully selected from the best vineyards situated in the hilly landscapes at considerable altitudes. These conditions are ideal for cultivating grapes with the acidity and structure needed for premium sparkling wine. Following the traditional method, the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged on the lees for at least 30 months, enhancing its complexity, texture, and aromatic depth.
