WINE DESCRIPTION

EGO Gorú is a premium wine produced by Bodegas Gordonzello in the Castilla y León region of Spain. The wine is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes grown in the vineyards located at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level. The vineyards are characterized by their stony soils and a continental climate, which results in a slow and steady ripening of the grapes. The winemaking process involves a careful selection of the grapes, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. The resulting wine is a deep ruby color with aromas of black fruit, vanilla, and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a balanced acidity and silky tannins, making it a perfect match for grilled meats and hearty stews.

EGO Gorú Tannat is a robust and intense red wine from Uruguay.It displays aromas of blackberry, dark cherry, and prune, with hints of tobacco and leather. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and intense, with flavors of blackberry, dark cherry, and plum, along with notes of spice, tobacco, and leather. The tannins are firm and well-integrated, and the finish is long and smooth. This is an excellent example of a Tannat from Uruguay, and a great choice for enjoying with bold dishes.
