WINE DESCRIPTION
Echeverría Limited Edition Cabernet Sauvignon hails from Chile's Curicó Valley. The Cabernet Sauvignon may have a small proportion of Syrah and Carmenere added to contribute spice and depth. The wine is fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures, with extended skin maceration. The separate wines are matured in French oak barrels for around 14 months, then the individual components are blended and returned to barrels for 6 additional months to homogenise the wines and create a seamlessness and harmony.

This Echeverría Limited Edition Cabernet Sauvignon is a lovely, full-bodied red.Its deep ruby color is complemented by aromas of cassis, mocha, and blackberry with a hint of black pepper spice. On the palate, the wine is rich and velvety, with ripe tannins and a generous helping of dark fruits. The finish is long and lush, with lingering notes of cocoa, and subtle hints of oak.
