Easkoot Foggy Bottom Pinot Noir comes from the cool Russian River Valley, located in Sonoma County. This region is well suited to producing elegant expressions of Pinot Noir thanks to the moderating influence of the Pacific breezes that roll in at night and cool down vines. Easkoot farm sustainably and ferment with a small portion of whole clusters that lends freshness and notes of herbs and flowers that brings extra complexity and depth to the wine.
