This Dönnhoff Oberhäuser Brücke Riesling Auslese is a harmoniously balanced, complex and very elegant wine with a mineral, smoky and spicy taste.On the nose, there are aromas of ripe yellow apples, white peaches, apricot and citrus fruits, along with notes of crushed stones, wet slate and a hint of honey. On the palate, the wine is fresh and juicy, with a mineral-driven acidity, a creamy texture and a long, lingering finish. It is an excellent example of German Riesling Auslese.
