Donna Olimpia 1898 was established by Guido Folonari, the youngest member of the family. Situated within the Bolgheri DOC region, the Donna Olimpia estate spans 60 hectares. This exceptional wine undergoes 12 months of barrel aging followed by 6 months in the bottle. It presents a deep garnet hue and greets the nose with hints of cinnamon, blackberry, blueberry, pepper, cocoa, and licorice.
