Bold and well-rounded wine with a deep, intense color. The nose is highlighted by by hints of kirsch and cherry, with a subtle suggestion of raspberry and sandalwood. The tasting is polished and velvety, with a medium body and a finish that fades slowly with clove and allspice. The tannins are well-integrated, adding depth and profile to the wine. A well-balanced and elegant Tuscan red, with a long finish. 91 points. 4.1/5 stars.
