WINE DESCRIPTION
Don Rodolfo Malbec is an easy-going, approachable dry red wine produced from the larger Mendoza region, widely considered the winemaking capital of Argentina. The winemaking process involves a fermentation in stainless steel vats at moderate temperatures to create an approachable style of Malbec. The wine is matured for around 4 months in inert vessels before being transferred to French and American oak barrels to complete the aging process.

Mendoza is the largest wine-producing region in Argentina, located in the foothills of the Andes Mountains. Mendoza has been producing wine since the 16th century, when Spanish settlers first brought vines to the region. Since then, the region has become a major producer of both red and white wines, with a focus on Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Torrontés.
