Dominique Gruhier Domaine de L'Abbaye du Petit Quincy Bourgogne Tonnerre is a lively, crisp white wine from the Burgundy region of France. This wine is produced from multiple plots, planted on steep slopes, on a range of exposition which creates a breadth of fruit flavors and ripeness levels. The vineyard, located in the Yonne department located in the northern tip of Burgundy. Grapes are farmed organically, harvested, fermented and aged for around 10 months in stainless steel and used barrels. Finally, the wine is blended and aged another 6 months in tanks prior to bottling.

On the palate, the wine displays a vibrant acidity that cuts through its lush fruitiness, providing an invigorating backbone. The texture is lean and angular, showcasing a light to medium-weight body that carries flavors of lemon curd and ripe orchard fruit, whilst a fleeting minerality adds depth on the finish.
