WINE DESCRIPTION
Dominio de ES is a tiny, biodynamic winery founded by French winemaker Bertrand Sourdais, originally from Chinon in the Loire region. After internships with leading winemakers in the Loire, Bordeaux, and around the world, he left his family's estate, Domaine Pallus in Chinon, due to its traditional methods. Eventually, he found his new home in Spain.
