WINE DESCRIPTION
Domäne Wachau Federspiel Riesling is sourced from small, terraced vineyards in the Wachau region of Austria. The grapes were handpicked from the vineyards surrounding Spitz, Dürnstein and Weissenkirchen. The grapes were sorted and then pressed, with the must fermented under controlled temperature and aged on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks. The decision to use eschew oak through the fermentation ensures the wine retains its purity, delicate aromatics and freshness.
