WINE DESCRIPTION
This is an exceptional version of Grand Cru Bougros, carefully crafted from its finest parcel. It's vital to distinguish between Domaine William Fevre and Maison William Fevre. The former represents top-tier quality, while the latter produces wines from purchased grapes and has larger output. The Domaine strictly practices organic viticulture, while the Maison does not carry such certification. We exclusively work with the Domaine. All wines undergo spontaneous fermentation and adhere to rigorous organic farming, though not certified. After some skin contact, they are gently pressed into sediment tanks. Over 50 percent of fermentation takes place in wooden vessels. Bougros, on the warm slope, stands out as a prominent Grand Cru, neighboring Preuses with a more exposed location.
