Domaine Rossignol-Trapet's Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru epitomizes excellence in biodynamic winemaking. Since 1996, Trapet has been a pioneer in organic practices, achieving full biodynamic certification by 2009. Fermented in open wooden vats, this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and aging predominantly in new oak barrels. Contrasting the cooler, more vertical Latricières-Chambertin, Chapelle-Chambertin leans towards ripe, concentrated expressions.
