Napoleon held this vineyard in such high regard that he ordered that his troops salute the vines as they marched past. Domaine Rossignol-Trapet is a highly regarded produced with a long history in the region. The winemaking process involves careful selection of grapes, followed by traditional fermentation and aging in oak barrels.
