WINE DESCRIPTION
Domaine Louis Magnin Chignin Bergeron hails from the mountainous Savoie region located in the east of France. This wine is produced using the Roussanne grape variety, known locally as Bergeron de Savoie. The vineyards that supply this wine are planted on steep slopes within the confines of Montmélian, meaning only a manual harvest is possible. On arrival at the winery, the grapes are pressed whole into the tank for the alcoholic fermentation to commence. The wine is matured on its fine lies in stainless steel until bottling.
