Wine Description:
The wine originates from the Camargue region (Languedoc) in Montcalm, situated between Aigues-Mortes and Les Saintes Maries de la Mer. The area experiences a Mediterranean climate, well-tempered by the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea, ensuring a balanced ripening of the grapes. Since 2012, the former "Vin de Pays des Sables" (Sand Wine) has received the new appellation "Sable de Camargue."
