Domaine Henri Boillot Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru 'Clos de La Mouchère' (Monopole) is a premium white wine produced by the esteemed Domaine Henri Boillot in the Puligny-Montrachet appellation of Burgundy, France. The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the Clos de La Mouchère vineyard, which is a Monopole, meaning that it is owned entirely by the Domaine Henri Boillot. The vineyard has a unique terroir with limestone and clay soils, and the wine is fermented and aged in oak barrels, resulting in a wine with complex flavors of citrus, pear, and hazelnut. The wine is known for its full-bodied style, with a creamy texture and a long, mineral-driven finish. It is an ideal pairing with seafood, poultry, or creamy pasta dishes.
