The Domaine des Pasquiers, owned by the Lambert family since 1935, spans 87 hectares across several appellations: IGP Vaucluse, Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages Plan de Dieu, Côtes du Rhône Villages Sablet, and Gigondas. Nestled in the heart of Provence, the family has nurtured the vineyard for four generations. In 2010, following meticulous vineyard management, the Lamberts initiated the conversion of their entire vineyard to organic agriculture. This commitment reflects their dedication to preserving the environment and producing high-quality wines that express the unique terroir of the region.

The Northern Rhone is known for its full-bodied red wines made from Syrah grapes with the possible inclusion of some white grapes, while the Southern Rhone is known for its blends of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grapes.
