Domaine des Croix Beaune Les Grèves 1er Cru is a compelling, delicately perfumed, Pinot Noir-based red wine, hailing from the Burgundy region of France. The wine is a Premier Cru quality wine from the highly regarded vineyard of Les Grèves, located in Beaune. The grapes are hand harvested, before being crushed and transferred to vats for the vinification to begin. Domaine des Croix often retains a proportion of whole bunches during the fermentation to give a lifted floral and spicy character to the wine. Maturation typically takes place in French oak barrels for a period of around 15 months prior to blending and bottling.
