WINE DESCRIPTION
This wine is made from 100% Piquepoul grapes. It undergoes cold settling and thermo-regulated fermentation, resulting in a wine with an alcohol content of 13% vol. It is best served at 8 to 10°C and is bottled in 75cl containers. The vineyard, planted in clay-limestone soil, is around 20 years old and has been cultivated organically since 1985. Mechanical harvesting ensures optimal quality, and the yield is 55 hl/ha. The wine is not aged, maintaining its fresh character, and is best enjoyed within 2 years of production. Its clean, vibrant profile highlights the pure expression of Piquepoul.
