WINE DESCRIPTION
Domaine de la Chapelle Saint Victor Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Rosé is a classic, pale pink, delicately flavored rosé from the Provence region in France. The Côteaux D'Aix-en-Provence is a large regional appellation that covers the western part of lower Provence. The area is marked by limestone-clay soils that have good water-retaining capacities meaning they are able to reduce hydric stress on the vines during warmer years. The wine is an assemblage of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah that is vinified in neutral, temperature-controlled vats to retain purity of fruit. The wine is bottled shortly after completing fermentation to keep its freshness.
