This vineyard spans 2 hectares and grows Grenache (65%) and Syrah (35%) on sandy soils. The yield is carefully managed at 30 hectoliters per hectare. The winemaking process begins with hand-picked grapes sorted early in the morning. After sorting, the grapes undergo a brief maceration before the production of a bled Rosé. Throughout winemaking, temperature control ensures optimal quality and flavor development. This meticulous approach aims to produce a refined Rosé that highlights the unique characteristics of the Grenache and Syrah varietals while maintaining freshness and balance.
