WINE DESCRIPTION
Domaine Confuron-Cotetidot Echézeaux Grand Cru is an exceptional Pinot Noir hailing from the esteemed Grand Cru vineyard located in the village of Flagey-Echézeaux. The vines are planted predominantly on clay, on the north of the Clos de Vougeot. Following a manual harvest and sorting both in the vineyards and in the winery, the grapes are cold macerated to increase the extraction of color and flavors prior to the fermentation. The wine is fermented then matured for between 18 to 24 months in barrel prior to its release.
