WINE DESCRIPTION
Domaine Chantal Lescure Nuits-Saint-Georges combines three distinct parcels: Les Creux Fraîches Eaux Les Tuyaux and Les Herbues. The grapes are hand-harvested, sorted, destemmed, and gravity-fed into stainless steel vats. Fermentation undergoes with moderate pigeage. Aged in cold cellars with 20-30% new barrels for 16-18 months, the wine is unfined and unfiltered before bottling.
