NOTES FROM VINOVOSS SOMMELIER
Domaine Boussey Monthelie is a beautifully crafted white Burgundy with a bright golden hue and a bouquet that reveals notes of ripe apple, pear, and subtle citrus, intertwined with hints of almond, white flowers, and a delicate touch of oak.On the palate, it is elegantly balanced, showcasing a lively acidity that complements its creamy texture and flavors of fresh stone fruits, a touch of minerality, and a smooth, lingering finish.
For a perfect pairing, enjoy this wine with seared scallops in a buttery lemon sauce or a creamy risotto with mushrooms. Its acidity and richness will complement and enhance the flavors of these dishes beautifully.
