WINE DESCRIPTION
Domaine Bousquet Cameleon Cabernet Sauvignon hailing from the appellation of Mendoza, Argentina. The wine is typically a majority blend of Cabernet Sauvignon with a small proportion of Malbec that gives a floral lift reminiscent of violets. The grapes are sourced from estate-owned vineyards in Tupungato, Alto Gualtallary, located at the foothills of the Andes at high elevation. The grapes are typically hand harvested, before undergoing a fermentation at moderate temperatures to create a wine with supple tannins that is ready to be enjoyed in its youth. The wine is oak aged for between 6 to 8 months before its release.

Mendoza is the largest wine-producing region in Argentina, located in the foothills of the Andes Mountains.
