Tasmania is an island state of Australia, located off the south-east coast of the mainland. It is renowned for its pristine environment, stunning landscapes and its burgeoning wine industry.

Tasmanian Cabernet Sauvignon is undervalued and underrepresented. However, it excels when paired with those from Margaret River and Yarra Valley. Floral notes abound, blended by cassis on the nose. A soft mouthfeel with expansive volume is achieved, as the drink is savored and enjoyed. Rich, sweet, and spicy tones are present, highlighting cream, blackberries, and vanillin oak. Powdery tannins add richness and complexity, though remaining creamy and luxurious. The follow through is long and satisfying.
