WINE DESCRIPTION

This Falanghina wine hails from Di Majo Norante winery in Ramitello, Italy. Nestled at 100 meters above sea level, the vines thrive in clay soils. Planted at a density of 4,400 vines per hectare, with an average age of 12 years, they yield between 80 and 120 quintals per hectare. Harvested in October, the grapes undergo skin contact for 24-36 hours before fermenting in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures (16-18°C). The wine completes malolactic fermentation and results in a delicious wine.
