Wine Description:
Apianae is an exquisite sweet Moscato wine from the Molise region in Italy, crafted by the esteemed Di Majo Norante winery. Sourced from the Tenuta Camarda vineyard, this wine is made from carefully selected Moscato grapes grown at 200 meters elevation in sandy, clay soils. The grapes are dried on the vine, cold-macerated, and gently pressed to enhance their aromatic qualities before undergoing slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks. With a soft, golden color and a fresh, intense bouquet of orange blossoms and honey, Apianae is refined and elegant. Limited to 8,000 bottles, it is perfect for pairing with desserts or enjoying on its own.

Banfi Florus Moscadello di Montalcino Late Harvest is a historical "pearl" of Montalcino, crafted with precision by Banfi. This exquisite dessert wine, made from 100% Moscato, locally called Moscadello grapes, offers a perfect balance of aromatic expression and acidity. The vineyards, set in predominantly clayey and shallow soils with pebbles, are trellised using a spurred cordon system and have a vine density of 4200 vines per hectare with a low yield of 30 quintals per hectare. The grapes undergo natural drying on the vine, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled French oak barriques at 16°C and aging for 7 months in the same type of barrels. The result is a richly aromatic wine with a luscious, balanced palate, epitomizing the elegance and heritage of Montalcino winemaking.

The Strevi vineyard in Valle Bagnario, known as Vigneto Scrapona, is located on a steep southwest-facing slope, planted in 1996 with cuttings from the vineyard's original vines. The soil consists of calcareous marl, and the vineyard’s incline exceeds 30%. The grapes are hand-picked with great care, followed by a gentle pressing. The must is filtered, and fermentation takes place naturally, creating foaming without the addition of sugars. The result is an organic wine that reflects the unique terroir and traditional methods of the region, offering purity and finesse in every bottle.
