WINE DESCRIPTION
Bistue Cellars was established out of a passion for exploring diverse wine regions and crafting exceptional wines. Founded in 2014 as a side project by winemaker Carolina Bistué and her family, it soon evolved into a full-fledged venture. Carolina, who earned her Master's in Viticulture and Enology at UC Davis, gained experience at La Perla del Priorat in Spain and Paul Hobbs’ Viña Cobos in Argentina. She practices minimal-intervention winemaking, believing that great wines start in the vineyard. The Destinos Cruzados is a blend of Syrah and Grenache, aged in French oak for six months, offering juicy blackberry and plum flavors with smooth tannins and integrated oak.
