WINE DESCRIPTION

Deltetto Bramé Barbera d'Alba is a relatively straight-forward, varietally-expressive wine produced using the Barbera grape. Hailing from the appellation of Barbera d'Alba in Piedmont, Northwest Italy. The winemaking process involves an alcoholic fermentation on skins to extract a moderate level of tannins to create an earlier-drinking and more approachable style of Barbera. The wine is then aged for around 12 months in oak barrels, followed by a further period in bottle before its release.

The finish is only moderate in length showing hints of anise and licorice that perfectly complement the stone fruit character.
