Delaire Graff Botmaskop is a premium wine from Stellenbosch in South Africa. In the serene early morning hours, skilled hands carefully harvested grapes from the Estate's oldest single vineyard.
This exceptional wine is crafted from a blend of grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Merlot, and Malbec.
The winemaking process places a strong emphasis on quality. The grapes undergo meticulous sorting to ensure only the finest make the cut. They are delicately destemmed without crushing, allowing for a gentle extraction of fruit flavors. Whole berry fermentation and tender punch-downs further ensure the grapes are treated with the utmost care. The wine then matures for 16 months in new French oak barrels, with malolactic fermentation completing the transformation.
