WINE DESCRIPTION

This Teroldego wine is produced from vines aged 20 to 70 years, cultivated organically since their planting between 1950 and 1997. Harvested manually in late September, the grapes undergo meticulous selection. The winemaking process is both traditional and innovative, combining time-honored techniques with modern practices. The wine ferments in concrete tanks using natural indigenous yeasts. It undergoes natural malolactic fermentation and is aged for 10 months in large French oak barrels and unlined concrete tanks, with an additional 4-6 months of bottle aging. The result is a vibrant and expressive Teroldego, reflecting the rich heritage and unique terroir of its origins.
