Dampt Frères Chablis 1er Cru 'Les Fourneaux' is mineral-driven white wine hailing from the village of Chablis, located in the northern tip of Burgundy. This wine is crafted from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Premier Cru Les Fourneaux vineyard characterized by its limestone-clay soils. Vinification takes place in a combination of barrels and stainless steel tanks before spending a period of time of fine lees prior to bottling. It is the perfect partner with oysters, tangy cheeses and seafood platters.
