WINE DESCRIPTION

Dal Maso Montemitorio Tai Rosso Colli Berici is made from the rare Tai Rosso variety grown in the Colli Berici region of the Veneto. The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed, before being fermented on skins in large stainless steel vats. Finally, the wine is matured in cement and stainless steel vats for a period of around 12 months prior to bottling. Dal Maso Montemitorio's Tai Rosso Colli Berici is a versatile wine that pairs well with grilled meats, pasta dishes, or aged cheeses.
