WINE DESCRIPTION
Cuorerosso Ducarosso Chianti Riserva is Sangiovese-dominated wine with a small proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot for added depth and mid-palate breadth. Ducarosso harvest the grapes from a number of sites within the larger overarching Chianti region. The grapes are crushed to liberate the juice, then fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats before the wines are matured for a minimum of 24 months in a combination of oak barrels and bottle.
