Julien's mastery shines in the CULT Cabernet Sauvignon, arguably the finest iteration to date. In the predawn darkness, meticulous hands harvested the grapes into twenty-five pound bins, ensuring minimal damage. With daylight, each grape underwent a thorough, multi-tiered selection process, with individual berries painstakingly sorted by hand. The carefully chosen fruit was then transferred to small tanks to preserve the integrity of each berry. Following a five-day cold soak, the fermentation process was delicately managed through pump overs. After maturing for twenty months in French oak, 80% new, the final blend was crafted from our finest lots, each chosen for their compelling flavor profiles.
