WINE DESCRIPTION
Crow Canyon produces wines with intensity and classic varietal fruit flavors. Sourcing from the finest vineyards, their winemakers craft wines that are both easy to drink and flavorful.
Led by Christophe “Cris” Legrandjacques, the team selects grapes from premier vineyards to capture true California varietal flavors. The result is a bold, intense wine that remains smooth and easy to drink.
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel under temperature-controlled conditions to preserve crispness and ripe fruit flavors. Fermentation is stopped early to retain natural sugars. The wine is lightly fined and filtered before bottling.
