WINE DESCRIPTION

Coyote Canyon H/H Estates Reserve Big John Cab Cabernet Sauvignon hails from the Horse Heaven Hills, located on America's West Coast in Washington State. The grapes are harvested, sorted, crushed and fermented in small batches to allow each lot to full express themselves. The wine was aged in a combination of French, American and Hungarian oak barrels for around 22 months to give a range of spicy flavors. The resulting wine is a rich and decadent bold red with hints of vanilla and clove that pairs perfectly with red meat.
