WINE DESCRIPTION
COS Nero di Lupo is an organic red wine produced by COS winery on the volcanic island of Sicily, Italy. The wine is made from the Nero d'Avola grape variety, which is grown in the sandy soils of the Vittoria appellation. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 230 meters above sea level, which provides ideal conditions for the grapes to ripen slowly and develop complex flavors. The winemaking process involves natural fermentation in cement and aged for a further 24 months in tank and bottle prior to release.
